the day started off with me waking up half an hour earlier than usual because of some weird dream that i had since the beginning of the week. it left me with enough time to pack up my table and finish off one entire loaf of bread and one banana. when i was just beside the road, i saw bus C, i decided to head back to my room to change my watch since i have like 15 mins before the next bus comes. while walking back, realised that i needed to have some output from my heavy breakfast. upon doing so, i rushed back to the bustop and saw the next Bus C. quickly, i ran with all my might and managed to hop on the bus. then, i realised that there wasn't any aircon. to add on to my misery, the bus stopped at the terminal, so i had to climb up the freaking hill.
quantum was awesome, i mean i could understand most of it since i studied till where wang lan stopped previously. went forward to ask some questions when lecture ended and ended up looking like a fool when one of the scholar came and shot me a look and said like "its so easy!". anyway, we had tutorial after that and in the midst of it, jamie told me that our viva is at 1130 which was half an hour from when he told me so i had to rush to the library to print out my report. while doing a final check, i realised that my graph doesn't have error bars and the last graph especially dun have the plotted dots. as i compared my answer with jamie's, found more mistakes but everything was too late.
viva was quite screwy cuz we didn't know what was going on. i decided to leave it as that and went to jp with jamie shufen ruiquan and juliet (think that's his gf's name or u can just refer to her as monica.. lol). we had a huge meal at LJS, some hari raya family special plus another weird meal with chicken drumlets, popcorn chicken, prawns/sotong-lookalike-ikanbilis-thingy, more fries and chicken. that was pretty unhealthy but nevertheless delicious. it was pretty stupid for us to have a meal there and go back hall thus i suggested arcade.
initially, we just wanted to look at people play, then followed by going inside this neo print machine to chill. there was nothing inside really, just the sudden urge to take some random photos at the cost of $8 in which none of us were diligent enough to change coins thus the idea was thrown off. everything changed when we shifted our slacking mode to serious mode. we started playing this basketball tossing game from one machine to competing with 2. jamie helped shufen abit and won me by a couple of points. after which, due to our stupidity, we pumped like 4-5 credits in her machine and ended up playing for the next 15 mins. from 200 over points to 439 points, notice how much improvement we made. man, that was quite an achivement but at a cost. i felt my arm swell after that.
we walked a couple of rounds before playing daytona followed by this war shooting game. we took some photos before playing and when we are done, i learnt one thing. both jamie and i are peaceful people who should stay away from rifles and guns. while heading out of the arcade, we came upon this jap girl who was in distressed. she was trying to play bishi bashi but her card doesn't work. i was trying to tell her that her card either has no value left or faulty so she showed me a receipt. can't figure out what she was trying to tell me after that cuz we were using alot of hand signs. as she was pretty attractive (and has a nice figure), jamie decided to stalk her for awhile so we followed her to the toy shop. then, shufen wanted to buy bubble tea so we went to the basement and took alot of random photos. at the jap food area, we were enticed by the big sushi at the signboard so we decided to take a photo as tho we were like eating it. after posing, there was this sudden wave of crowd walking pass us. it made me look really spastic to the point when one of the waiters came out with free samples and offered everyone who walked pass except for us. sigh! free meat ballss!!!
then, we walked to the end of the jap area with this wall painted with a lady holding a signboard. jamie suggested that i stand beside her and do the exact same pose and take a photo. shufen wanted to do that too but as she was posing there, we grabbed our bags and ran off leaving her facing the hall all by herself. it took her quite awhile to realise that. heh.. after all that fun, we went to coffeebean to chill.
went back to hall to slack for awhile which time passed by faster than expected and by the time i looked at my watch, it was 7pm already. went to mug after that till 1am.. cool!!
