there was a boy who met up with a girl after like 4 years. dunno what to expect, wonder how different can she be after so many years. they weren't lovers, just had a crush on each other at different times. the guy used to like the girl, the girl thought she could find somebody better so ya, she didn't respond. soon after, friends of the guy persuaded him to give up because in the first place, she wasn't that fantastic. and yes, that's what the guy did. stopped going after her and then guess what, the girl responded. she began to chase after that guy but that guy was not interested in her any more.

anyway, after like 4 years, the girl suddenly called the guy up for lunch/dinner. since the guy was free and needed someone to go out with on one particular day, he agreed. they met outside long john silver. the girl was late, so the guy walked around the shopping complex first. after five minutes, the girl called and the guy rushed down. as he walked towards ljs, he noticed a girl in mini skirt and red top. she had long hair and from the back she looked quite attractive i must say. when she turned around, the guy realised that THAT was his date and well, it was abit weird. he recalled back.. the girl that asked him out became like taller (because of heels), had longer hair, apart from that, everything about her was the same. it was quite an awkward meeting because after so long, u have alot of things in mind but dunno what to say first. it begun like this:

guy: u have long hair now.
girl: haha ya. erm.. the place is full
guy: nvm, we'll go to food court, do u mind?

i translated the conversation. she spoke to the guy in chinese while he replied in english. the thing is this, ihe started off with english so obviously, he replied in eng as well. after some time, the conversation became abit strange so he attempted to speak in chinese and guess what happens? the girl replied in english. its like WHAT THE HECK??!! had a really strange talk with her at the foodcourt while eating dinner. she talked about how popular the guy was back in secondary school. the past band performances that made alot of SEC 1 girls swoon over that guy and well, she told the guy that she thought he was cute too but she didn't shout. cute as in blur- that kinda cute. well, the guy took it as a compliment anyway and yeah. the date ended at the music shop whereby the guy was testing out some guitars and decided to play her a song. she was quite impressed eventho the guy is quite amateurish. u can call it an ego boosting date i reckoned......

yo people.. this is my final attempt, hopefully, to revive my blog that was stagnant for a couple of weeks. well, i'm busy and when i'm not busy, i tried to be busy. thus, my mind is sort of set off signal to shut down my brain whenever i thought of blogging online. i'm sure u have realised by now that i stopped going online so frequently cuz my wireless is not functioning. that sucks i know.. spent almost 300 bucks getting all the router and stuff. at the end of the day, nothing happened. oh well.. i nearly spell frequently as frequency.. hmm.. occupation disease. bleah

life in stagmont (my new camp site) is good. l love my campmates, all kinda whacky and ya, alot of funny people that really made my first two weeks really enjoyable. found 4 christians but they aren't the typical kinda of christians u get to meet everyday. they speak vulgarities and don't do quiet time. this really got me thinking.. are we the only church that produces guai guai christians? or is it that people behave differently when they are out of church? this is kinda scary. i heard from people that certain youths from tm behaves that way too when they are outside church. anyway, this is my mission field now so it is really up to me to make the difference. heh. sounds like the song sung by SHE .. watch me shine..

oh ya.. did i mention bout my outing with my sec school friends last sat to celebrate wq's 21st birthday? our whole clique came and gathered at marina sq -k box for a karaoke session cum jap buffet. started at 8 till 2am in the morning. 6hrs of singing might seemed like a really long time but when u really go about doing all the crazy stuff and enjoying yourself like there's no tomorrow, time passes by real quickly!

the first few hours were pretty decent. sang normal songs like tao ze, wang li hong, wen lan etc. people started behaving abnormally when its late at night. we chose songs like 'barbie girl, ENERGY, cyndi, BSB etc.' basically, songs that are lame and brainless. tried imitating the way they dance and movement. i recall that once we did the dance by cyndi and someone actually walked pass and stopped directly in front of us and observe. it was EMBARASSING!!

anyhow, back to where i stopped earlier on..

my close buddy in camp, fu rong, might get posted out to pilot once he pass his 2nd interview. as a good friend, obviously i'm glad that he's able to go to OCS and going to have a bright future once he gets his lisense. BUT (there's always a catch) if he get posted out, our 3 man gang will be reduce to 2 man. i was actually shared this with my other close pal while we were doing guard duty two days ago. he shared the exact same sentiments as me. it was quite bad of me to actually pray that he wouldn't pass his interview.. but after awhile, i changed my prayer to .. getting his interview results after we get posted out. thats not as mean what right.. bottomline is, the world is cruel, men are selfish. now that's not what i was taught i know. its so diff to find good friends in camp. moreover, he stays jut beside chrystal, can go home tgt every bookout.

so much for that.. lets go on to what i have been doing during my training..

the list is really really long. do not doubt my words. its TRUE. i am not lying. y would i do that? heh. i have to.... *drums roll* study from 8am to6pm. afterwhich, its personal admin time. so much for the suspense ya. in other words, i am slacking. i slack so much that i can actually get fat. CORPULENT.. that's wad keith would say. haha.

oh, abit random but ya..

there's this legendary dog in out camp that loiters around our lecture block every night. from the front and side view, it looks really cute and all but from the back, the view is so intense that if u get a closer look, ur eyes will get burnt. from the head to toes, goosebumps start erecting uncontrollably, ur food that suppose to be halfway through your intestines will shot up right out of your mouth.... imagine this, a dog with its intestines drooping out of its ass. sometimes when it walks, blood drips onto the pavement and there's this stench that acts like a forcefield to prevent people from entering its 5m radius. i wonder how it can survive for so long. now, isn't this a superdog?? heh...

ah crap, got to a new camp again. when i say new, its not the place, but rather, the location. that sucks. i found out that the toilet got no water and when i first got there, we don't even have a room allocated for us yet, nor was there any lunch catered. good thing is that we won't be having an training or what so ever yet until next wed, 8th march. in the mean time, i will be having 8-5pm when im in camp. if not, it'll be holiday all the way till the next time i book in.

btw, im under signal spec now, suppose to be quite slack. quite glad that i got there. i shan't talk about my army stuff since its quite monotonous now. there's really nothing going on now, its either eat or sleep. been spending ALOT of time on lan and i know its quite unhealthy. hopefully when i get my training schedule, lan will be off my mind till let's say weekends. heh

took the chance to go out with my long lost pals during this short holidays. met up with joyce yesterday and while walking from bugis to douby ghaut, we toured the national library and met amy teo there. what a pleasant surprise. haha. weird tho.. my friend was like telling me that amy must be really studious. go to library after knocking off from work.

watched big mamma before that. it was hilarious!! i like the theatre seats. and the big mamma looked really sick in swim suits. oh my goodness....
