i went for this dance audition at hall 10 today. we were like given 1 hr to learn 8 counts of 8 of dance steps and it wasn't exactly that easy. i enjoyed dancing only when we were given time to practise in small groups then i realised that i suck with big groups.
when we broke off into our small group of eight, i joined 2 of my primary school friends and approached my 3rd primary school classmate as our coach since he's like a senior in modern jazz already. i really enjoyed myself there but i didn't go for the audtion cuz i intend to join my hall's dance instead.
anyway, i get very introverted everytime when i am in a big group unless i have a small group of friends whom i know really well. so my first impression towards everyone in school was like very guai and quiet. so err, now everyone knows how wrong it was.

sheesh, just came back from a celebration. i was at kang jie's room just now , then joan used the excuse of borrowing books from dom to trick me into going back to my room to collect stuff for her. then, we had to go back to his room while everyone was like preparing a surprise for me. it was a nice feeling but somehow something was missing. i felt a little disappointed but u know what, i'm glad that i'm in blk72, honestly!!
so er for a start, after cutting cake, all the guys tried to pole me with the thickest tree trunk at the ground floor. they commented that it wasn't that fun cuz i didn't struggle so when i came near my room, i took off my slippers and ran off. only knag jie managed to keep up with me so i decided to walk to where they were and struggle from there. it was pretty lame for me but yea, it was fun but painful. now apart from the injuries i got from the blading, i have abrasions on both thighs.
birthday is nearing but u know what, i am not really in the mood. it feels as though its just another day. to alot of people, perhaps even for myself, deep inside u will want something nice to happen but hey, if it doesn't, it will just be a day of disappointment so yea, the best way to deal with it is not to think about it at all. i have my tutorials and text books to accompany me through the day and night as well. ahh.. emo emo emo.
somewhere out there, i know my girl is waiting for me nearby, i know i will get to know her soon and i know it will be a new beginning. lest it be now that we can be together. i want to stay forever in this dream.
