i had to go back school to take 2 exemption exams. i miscalculated the timing and was almost late. when i got on bus 179, it was already like 8.45am and i got to be at lecture 2o by 9am. on the bus, i was super helpless so i prayed that God will direct me to the lecture hall. so when i saw the overhead bridge, i got off the bus, thinking that the lecture room should be around the biomedical science block. anyway, if my intention was to go the science block, i got off at the wrong stop. then as i walk up the canteen, i saw this lady with a map and so i approached her and asked for directions. coincedentally, she's heading to the same place as me and u know she looked really panicky while i'm on the other hand took everything easy cuz i got a hunch that we don't need the full 1 hr to finish the paper.
at the lecture room, the invigilator just started distributing the papers so i wasn't late at all. when i saw the questions, i grinned. not because its very easy, but rather i had no clue on how to do. the whole paper was on limits and being complacent, i skipped the entire chapter cuz i felt that there's nothing that they could come out with. out of the four questions, there was not even one question that i know how to even start. as i tried to write something, i realised that it won't make much of a difference so i scribbled some equations to get some sympathy marks and then i went on to draw the gospel drawings at the bottom. each picture, i elaborated abit so hopefully whoever who marks my paper will be able to read it and gain some knowledge on what christianity is about.
as i walked off the lecture hall, i did abit of revising for my next paper. i went through fourier series and taylor series. unfortunately, none of it came out. it was pure integration with Ln. i totally got tricked cuz i mixed up the 1/x and lnx. so, after failing like 2 papers straight, i went home to sleep. initially i was supposed to go novena to visit my grandma at the hospital but i took the wrong train so i ended up at home. anyway, i went to ang mo kio to apply for my tertiary ez link card. after that, went toilet to wash my face and just so happen that the toilet cubicals was full when i felt like peeing so i went to the other side of it. then i saw this lady standing outside the cubical staring at me so i stared back and wondering how come this janitor wear until so nice to wash toilet. i was later corrected by her that i was at the ladies.. sheesh!!
there should really be a separation between the gents and ladies, how can they be connected??!!
so, that crappy feeling lingered for quite awhile until i decided to take a nap on the bus. when i got up, the bus was almost leaving already and it was situated at my bus stop. phew! how i wished there's one day whereby i can just stay at home for one whole day without having to travel. bleah.

2nd day in camp was okie, something to look forward to.. clubbing!! its been so long since i last club. i can't remember what we did in the day but i know after 5pm, everyone was ready to go for our group dinner at village-heerens. i ordered the cheese sausage with rosti. it was fabulous but not that filling. melvin ordered a mountain full of fried rice at a cheaper price and higher quantity. thus, i kinda regretted ordering rosti. xiaoyuan offered to share with me her pizza, partially cuz she can't finished but it was all in all a good intention so ya, i gladly took it.
since jian shun has yet to buy his sp gift, we paid up and went up to annex to shop first. xiao yuan and eunice told me to wait for them so that's what i did. while i waited, the guys left without me. i didn't have their handphone number yet but i know annex seemed to be the most likely place to get presents. we spent around 15 mins at the action city and all those who wanted to get presents got what they wanted so we proceed back to the village. i was quite late for the rehearsal-pageant so one of the senior drove us to double o.
the preview was dang intimidating because we had to do cat walk and S group was like the 1st of the 2nd group to go out. since most of our group members were outside the bar drinking, there weren;t much supporters for us on the floor. that was quite a moment!
fortunately, it was dark and i dun think anyone bothered to look at us so i managed to getaway with it - i think. by the time the preview ended, everyone came back. they dragged me to the dance floor but i couldn't do anything cuz i hadn't got a chance to drink and get high yet. after awhile, my point had been proven and i can't remember who accompanied me to buy a drink. after 2 glasses of volka, i was ready. we danced from the ground to platform. the music became quite bad, tempo was abit off for dancing so i went down to rest abit. while sitted, the seniors bought more drinks and shoved it at us. i took another few mouthful and decided to escape so i went to dance again. this time round the music improved.
anyway, the whole night was just dancing and drinking and more dancing and went back to drinking. until.. someone bought tequila shots for all the freshies and after like the first one, i could still take it but because there were leftovers and no one wanted to drink, we had to play game. to cut the long story short, i lost the game and had to drink one more glass. by the end of the second one, i felt really sleepy so i slept on the table. when i woke up, 75% of the freshies were dead. it was already like 2am so the seniors dragged us outside the club and we sat in one row, leaning against the wall and sleeping. it was quite a horrendous sight!
on the bus, all of us were given plastic bags, in case we puked. upon reaching my room, i changed into my sleeping clothes and went to brush teeth before i went to bed.
the next day, elsa and belicia skipped breakfast cuz of the hangover. the rest of us went for breakfast as usual and most of us went back to bed to take a power nap just before the program for the day. if i have not mistaken, it was games at the swimming pool.
the games were very much to my advantage cuz i think i am a rather good swimmer, or used to. our group won most of the games and the one that we lost, we thought we won it as well but who cares, our motto is not to win but to have fun while playing cheat. haha.
after the games, the seniors bought egg tarts for us. this was the first time i felt the warmth from the seniors. feeding us pipakou was okie but continually feeding us with food at times that they knew we would be hungry, this is really something! too bad i had cough so i resisted the temptation and drank lots of water to fill up the empty stomach. after lunch, it was time to choose our SPs. guys were gathered downstairs whereby they handed us the blindfolds. girls were at the hall, blindfolded too. so everyone is entitled to 2 partners. with our blindfolds on, we had to talk to individual partner for a period of time. once the programmer blow the whistle, the girls will move to another partner while the guys stay put. from the start, i was quite sure that i will choose the first one cuz firstly i needed to pee quite urgently and the programmers refused to let me go. secondly, the blindfold made me feel so uncomfortable that i don't feel like talking. lastly, after talking to the first girl, by the time we go to the second one, i had nothing to say already.
we were ushered back to our group before we could take off our blindfold. since we still had time, the programmers invited someone to teach us mass dance. the mass dance music was quite spastic and the dance steps are quite difficult. i was extremely glad when it was dinner time.
thursday morning, we had some talks by some financial planner and before that we had to watch a clip on voda voda. anyway, the microphone was too loud and since most of us weren't paying attention to the speech, i went back to the room with melvin to sleep. i think it was william who woked us up when the speech ended.
we were suppose to do the mass dance again but due to some cock ups of the hall camp registration, it was scraped. after lunch, the guys supposed to be properly dressed and get ready to meet our SPs. at that point of time, i wasn;t at all excited cuz i had a bad feeling about my SP. the guys were like discussing that if our SPs cannot make it, we will go for group date.
eh.. i shll continue this entry another day cuz im too tired now.
