gosh, its been a really long time since i last updated. i apologise for that. the past 2 weeks had been pretty crazy. everyone's like busy with the stores because of this yearly check on the standard of our upkeeping and storage of things in camp. we did alot of shifting and labelling and retelting of the cupboards, major revamping the whole place which took us more than a month, as well as cleaning up and replacing old stuff with new ones. now the whole place look different and the best thing is that the check is over. we finally can get our private stuff back into the company line. yeah!!
my army life just gotten kind of disgusting. it feels like bmt, minusing the regementation. i have morning 5bx everyday at 6am, that includes a short 3km run??!! then every tuesday and friday there's 5km battalion run and lastly, every weekday except wed, i have 850m relay training. notice all the run that i have to go through, been really tired and seriously lack of sleep because of that 5bx. argh!!
just managed to clear my ippt 2nd year, was quite tough, barely made it but yes, its over. im left with like SOC which happens to be this thursday, i am so going to fail it unless there's a miracle.
oh and i felt really bad for not turning up for cg every friday cuz of camp and other social events like daniel's birthday for example. my priorities are quite screwed up now for some crappy reason. fun has always been the issue. how can anything be more important than fun? but its true, there are alot more things!! its just that i'm too drawn in into all the worldly stuff that i forgot what's important.
anyway, i went for my cousin's wedding yesterday and it was suppose to start at 8pm. so what happened was that there was suppose to be this family photo shoot (the extended family). my uncle was 2hrs late so we could only take it after the wedding. unfortunately, i had to rush down to zouk for this uniform bash. since the wedding was held back by like 1hr, im left with only half an hour before i have to leave so i decided to go off from the hotel even before the food arrived (see what i mean). my mum wasn't that happy but i can't do anything cuz my friends bought the tickets already. i have to be there before 10pm if not the tix won't be valid since its a private event.
oh well, at least it wasn't that wasted. last night was really fun. the drinks were like 1 for 1 before 12am so the 5 of us ordered like 6 jugs worth of drinks and played games with it. i must admit that igot quite high after that but not to the extend of getting drunk. we went to dance all the way until 3.30am where i officially started stoning.. i couldn't feel my legs after that.
thus, i couldn't wake up this morning because of last night.
