yesterday had a stayover at amiel's house. it wasn't as fun as last time but overall, i guess its not too shabby. met bryan and jeremy at bry's house first. we wanted to swim there before going to amiel's house but amiel convinced us to go to his house straight. as we were flagging for a cab, 2 cabs went pass us and drove towards some frigging adults who didn't even bother to apologise for stealing our cab. then came the third one who happened to be a christian as well. i chat with him awhile, just to get into his good books. i don't think i'm allowed to eat in the cab so this is a good way to just enable me to do that. after assuring the uncle that i will definitely not drop anything, he sort of agreed.
from serangoon to bukit timah, uncle shared about his two children and also the difference between the children of this generation and the generation of his time. i have to admit that most of the time i wasn't paying attention to him, partly because i was too engrossed filling up my stomach.
at amiel's house, he was estatic to see us. almost instantaneously, bry and jem got engaged, not each other but the x box. as i had nothing to do, i went to play maple. there wasn't any serious stuff to do, so i just bump around, instead of serious training. spent most of the time playing game until around 3pm, in which we went to swim. pushed the slide into the pool and used that as a sun tanning bench. not very useful but still, it was retardedly fun.
soon after, clarice and minghui came. it was quite interesting to have them around. didn't really have a chance to talk to them much, especially minghui until that day. we crapped quite abit, even more so after bryan left. had dinner together and played DDR for another hour or so. before that, we were actually trying out this game call X MEN something something. i totally owned the game with merely 2 skills (ranged). it was quite spastic and at the same time, self fulfilling. can't find a better word than that..
when bry came back from his prac, we were back to gaming and guess what, it went on till like 3am before we decided to play cards, which lasted for 2 hrs. slept after that and woke up at 10,30am. had a really nice sleep that night with no dreams. that is something really rare for me. amiel had dental appointment that day that's y we needed to wake up earlier. however after breakfast, his auntie told us that she changed the appointment to this friday so ya, woke up earlier for nothing. played cards cuz we were kinda sick of playing coms in pairs. when off soon after that.
while jem and bryan go home, i went to meet dan and chris at woodlands library. they studied their stuff while i read my book. i felt a certain sense of achievement upon completing a total of less than 70 pages in like 4-5 hrs. eliel couldn't make it as he had stuff to do at home. quite disappointed but nevertheless, it was still enjoyable (it would be better with him tho). saw ian studying with his group of friends. found out his new nickname which was rather amusing. its kinda like a private joke now. oh and just before we left the place, for some unknown reasons, we started talking bout zoe tay. she appeared in some magazines quite awhile back after she gave birth to a son. something bout having alot of excess milk. then chris was commenting that since she has so much milk, might as well sell it. afterall, its branded. TAY SUSU (susu means milk in malay and tay is her surname). after saying that, daniel couldn't stop frowning. it was only a few minutes of continuous crapping till we realised that he was thinking in terms of like selling milk in cartons to consumers, something like HL milk. HAHAHA
it was about 6 that we left the place to yishun for a movie with tsura, minus chris. the 3 of us went to watch red eye which turned out to be pretty nice. throughout the show, there was this group of girls that were highly affected by the story plot. they created a deeper atmosphere for us by making alot of sound effects like screaming for example. even after the show, on the way out, as in from the exit of the theatre, they laughed hysterically (and loudly) all the way to the exit of the building. dang good stamina. that's all for this 2 days. a few more days before i start my training, that is when the one week hol ends. 3 more days left. tml going out with the mob guys again. whee..
