today was fantastic. went out with the mob guys to sort of celebrate my birthday. i was really glad because this is the first time i don't have to organise anything. as in last time when we have like any stayovers or wadsoever, i will be the one to organise. yup, so i felt really special.
we met at around 4pm outside x box. played fifa street. actually i don't like this kinda sports game but it turned out to be really fun. i really don't mind losing to people like the mob guys because whenever i play with them, there's no pressure involve. as in we play for the sake of playing and not play to win. anyway, started off playing with chris against eliel and dan. we kinda owned the game. the scores were as follow:
5-3
0-5
5-0
5-2
as u can see, we won every match except for one. there were stakes of 30 pushups per game as of the third game. thats means that eliel and dan owe us 60 push ups. being nice, we cut down the pumping to 30 only. it was meant to be a joke so they didn't do the full 30.
afterwhich, we decided to change team. so it was the match against our buddies. i was with dan again chris and eliel. we lost by 10-6, which wasn't so bad la. haha. our last game, the most exciting one was between eliel and i vs dan and chris. it was streeful. at first my team were leading by 2 points. during the 3rd last goal, the score was still 9-6. we intended to use the final charge to win the game but unfortunately we missed. it was losing all the way after that. at the end of the game, we lost by 1 point. overall, we had an awesome time there.
after gaming, went to bishan to eat at cafe cartel. dan and eliel wanted to go to the toilet first. so both chris and i went to chope seats first. we couldn't find any cushion seats so i was like suggesting that we walk one round j8 before coming back for dinner. on our way out, i saw amy and christina sitting at the tables under the escalator. in my mind i was like 'what a coincedence'. it was only after amy invited me to sit down before i realised what was happening. the guys actually invited the whole team down to celebrate for me. i was really touched, as in really. my heart was smiling all the time. i don't think they could tell because as much as im happy, i got a headache. the guys then pass me my present, wrapped in toilet paper. remember i mentioned earlier on that eliel and dan went to the toilet? yup... i thought that was rather creative. ooh, i just tried wearing the shirt. it fits me perfectly. its really nice and erm brown. ahah. nicole bought me a nice photo frame looking thing which was really cute. im really pleased with it.
after dinner, we went shopping for one hour before going home. yup. thats bout it. im HAPPY!! think the mob team 2004 really rocks. love u all.. muack!! special thanks especially to the guys for like making this a complete surprise. i knew something was up but ya, just dunno what.
